Experimentation

This blog is an experiment to see if I enjoy or benefit from writing about my cooking and baking experiences.  Since I have never publicly journaled before (about anything!) I am, of course, terrified and excited.  Please consider this my official greeting and welcome.  From now on I plan on jumping right in and writing about what I seem to care most about -- food!
